Coriander seeds (Dhaniya), Bengal gram (Chana dal), Black gram (Urad dal), Poppy seeds (khuskhus), fenugreek (Methi), Cinnamon (dalchini), pepper (Menasu/Kaali mirch), Red chillies

What you need
20gm ooTa tinDi bisi bELe bhaat puDi
200ml of rice
150gm assorted vegetables
150ml of Toor dal
Tamarind juice
30gm grated coconut
salt to taste

Cooking Direction

# Steps
1 Cook Rice, Toor dal with desired vegetables together.
2 When done add tamarind juice, Jaggery and salt. Mix well and cook.
3 Grind bisi bELe bhaat puDi & grated coconut to a smooth paste, mix with rice and cook. Add fried chopped onions and chopped coriander.
4 Temper with red chilly, mustard and hing.
5 bisi bELe bhaat is ready to serve
