1. Returns Due to Shipping Damages
We accept returns for products damaged during shipping. To qualify for a return under this policy:
- The customer must provide clear video evidence of the unpacking process, showing the damage.
- The video should capture the entire unpacking process from the unopened package to the discovery of the damage.
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
Once the video is reviewed and approved, we will process either a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
2. Returns and Replacements for Spoiled or Unusable Products
We accept returns and provide replacements for food products that are spoiled or unusable before the expiry date:
- Products must be unused, and the expiry date must not have passed at the time of return initiation.
- Proof of spoilage (photos or videos) must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the expiry date or immediately after opening if spoilage is detected.
Upon verification, a replacement will be issued.
3. No Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their orders before finalizing their purchase.
4. General Terms and Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all original accessories and documentation.
- Shipping costs for returns may be covered at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the return policy conditions.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of return approval.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery to our address.
