No more waiting in darshini for rave dose. Made them at home very quickly. They came out crisp and very flavourful.

Used 500gm rave idli mix and prepared following the easy stepwise instructions. Got 21 idlis of good size from the pack. The idli came out very soft, fluffy and very tasty. It was a treat to have it with bombay bhaaji and chutney by the sides.

I feel the amla flavour is not there. For me both nimbu and amla fresh taste wise same, no difference in that.
