Ingredients
1 measure ooTa tinDi rave iDli mix
1 measure curd
chopped coriander leaves (optional)
cashew pieces (optional)
Instructions
Grease iDli trays and bring water to boil in iDli cooker / steamer
Mix chopped coriander and cashew pieces with the iDli mix
Add curd, mix well and immediately spoon onto iDli trays
Steam on high for 15 minutes
Serve hot with ghee and potato curry
