Ingredients
1 tablespoon of ooTa tinDi saarina puDi (Rasam powder)
100ml of Toor dal
curry leaves
tomato and/or tamarind
chopped coriander leaves (optional)
Jaggery (optional)
Instructions
Cook 100ml of Toor dal with a little ghee and turmeric powder
Add tamarind juice, chopped tomatoes, jaggery, curry leaves and one tablespoon of Saarina puDi and boil
Add salt to taste
Temper with mustard, hing in ghee
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
