You will need
20gm of ooTa tinDi bisi bELe bhaat puDi
200ml of rice
150gm assorted vegetables
150ml of Toor dal
Tamarind juice
Jaggery
30gm grated coconut
salt to taste
Chopped coriander
curry leaves
Boondi (optional)
Raita (optional)
Instructions
Cook Rice, Toor dal with desired vegetables together
When done add tamarind juice, Jaggery and salt. Mix well and cook
Grind bisi bELe bhaat puDi & grated coconut to a smooth paste, mix with rice and cook
Add fried chopped onions and chopped coriander
Temper with red chilly, mustard and hing
Serve bisi bELe bhaat with Boondi and Raita by the side

Simply tasty
Any time any where by any body can get authentic bisibele bath assured taste. I used it for vangibath and it tasted good too so two in one.

For delicious Bisi Bele Bhaat
For years, I was using store-bought bisibele bhath mix from a popular brand. After using the one from Oota Tindi, I have come to realize how much superior this product is. So much fresher with tantalizing flavour and a fiery color. Highly recommended!
