You will need
1 tablespoon of ooTa tinDi huli puDi (Sambar powder)
100ml of Toor dal
500gm vegetables of choice
curry leaves
tamarind
chopped coriander leaves (optional)
Jaggery (optional)
Salt
Instructions
Cook Toor dal with little ghee and turmeric powder, and desired vegetables
Add tamarind juice, Jaggery (optional), curry leaves and one tablespoon of huLi puDi and boil
Add salt to taste
Temper with Mustard in ghee
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
