You will need
1 measure ooTa tinDi rave iDli mix
1 measure curd
chopped coriander leaves (optional)
cashew pieces (optional)
Instructions
Grease iDli trays and bring water to boil in iDli cooker / steamer
Mix chopped coriander and cashew pieces with the iDli mix
Add curd, mix well and immediately spoon onto iDli trays
Steam on high for 15 minutes
Serve hot with ghee and potato curry

My favourite product
This is my favourite product from Oota Tindi. Previously, I used to use the rava idli mix from a very popular brand. But after consistently using the mix from Oota Tindi, I can safely say that it knocks it out of the park and nothing else comes close!

Awesome rave idli
Used 500gm rave idli mix and prepared following the easy stepwise instructions. Got 21 idlis of good size from the pack. The idli came out very soft, fluffy and very tasty. It was a treat to have it with bombay bhaaji and chutney by the sides.
